Needed a taller front sight
Water jetted this at work today. The tab will be cut down and fit into a slot milled in the original dovetail base. It'll be TIG welded from the bottom and then a blued or black oxided finish....

Looks great! What height did you end up going with? Have you had a chance to shoot it yet to check for point of impact vs point of aim? And do you want to make up another and sell me one? :-)
